You've seen it before, the Olympic gymnast, the b-boy (breakdancer), the martial artist, the stuntman, our very own parkour and free runners, or even the power lifter; they all have an otherworldly ability to do the extraordinary with just their bodies. At APEX Movement, we study these incredible people and find out just how they do what they do. Then we apply it to our classes and teach it to you.
Parkour is simply the discipline of training the body and mind to overcome obstacles both mental and physical with efficiency. Our parkour training is centered around functional, natural movements using the human body and the environment surrounding us, whether it's trees, buildings, or an open field. Each and every parkour class is focused on building a stronger body and a more practical means of moving.
